Those that know me know I am very passionate about food. I am a grazer who eats all day long, so after being diagnosed as gluten & dairy intolerant I started experimenting to ensure I had suitable snacks and treats to get me through the day.

All creations are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free and made by hand, using only high quality ingredients.
